Job Details:
• Pay: $17.00 per hour
• Job Type: Full-time
• Shift and Schedule: Flexibility Depending on the Needs of the Individuals We Serve (includes Holidays, Night Shifts, On-Call Duties, and Weekends as Needed)
• Work Location: On-site, Fulton, MO

Requirements:
• Be at Least 18 Years Old
• Have a Valid Driver’s License
• Be a US Citizen or Possess a Work Visa, with Proof of SSN, Birth Certificate, or Legal Documents Acceptable for I-9.
• Pass a Criminal Background Check
• Strong Leadership and Organizational Skills
Responsibilities:
Training:
• Fully Train and Orientate Each of Your Team Members to the Individual Plans, Medications, Objectives, and Company Policies and Procedures
• Maintain Contact and Continue Education with Your Staff while Seeking Growth Opportunities
• Complete Orientation and Mandatory Annual Training (i.e., CPR, First Aid, CPI, Abuse/Neglect, Positive Behavioral Support, Missouri Quality Outcomes)
• Obtain Level One Medication Aid (LIMA) Certification Prior to Administering Medications
Staff Relations:
• Schedule and Lead Monthly Staff Meetings
• Encourage Direct Contact Staff to Provide Input Regarding Client Behaviors, Concerns, Suggestions, etc.
• Foster a Team Approach and Follow the Chain of Command as Set Forth in the Policy and Procedures Manual
• Maintain Professionalism and Confidentiality in all Interactions
Client Care:
• Provide Support to Ensure Health, Cleanliness, and Safety of Clients during Daily Activities (i.e., Bathing, Hygiene, Eating, Outings, Behaviors, etc.)
• Coordinate Transportation and Schedule Appointments for Clients
• Uphold Client Rights, Supporting their Dignity, Respect and Right to Self-Determination, Self-Expression and Personal Choice while Maintaining Client Confidentiality
• Observe, Report and Record Changes in Clients' Physical, Behavioral, and Emotional Conditions
Supervision:
• Supervise Direct Care Staff, Provide Feedback, and Ensure Implementation of Behavioral Support Strategies and IP Objectives
• Maintain Master Calendar for all IP’s Scheduled Training, Client Activities and Staffing Patterns
• Conduct Weekly Home Inspections and Report Maintenance Needs
• Assign and Monitor Daily Cleaning Responsibilities
• Ensure Proper Completion of EMTs and Notification of Relevant Parties
Administrative:
• Establish and Post Staffing Schedules with Professional Manager Approval
• Compile Materials for Monthly Reviews
• Attend Clients’ Individualized Plan (IP) Meetings with Valuable Input for Future Growth
Medical:
• Arrange and Report Outcomes of Medical Appointments to RN’s and Your Supervisor
• Notify Nurse or Professional Manager of Medical Needs and/or Emergencies, Hospitalizations, and Medication Changes
• Monitor Medication Side-Effects and Report Symptoms to Nurse or Professional Manager
